Our weekly challenges are more personal than group-related. Each person states their own goals for the week (whether it be to drink more water, exercise more, or get their carbs lower, etc) and we all try to support each other in our unique endeavors. A little public accountability never hurt anybody! But if you slip up, we're here to help!

Our rankings are a way to keep us all motivated and just a tad competitive. The percentage represents how much toward your weight goal you've achieved. You'll move up through the ranks as you continue to win THE BATTLE OF THE BULGE!!
